I don't know, but if you find out, let me know, please?

What usually works for me is quiet time and relaxation, particularly with water, like in a long shower, soaking in the tub, or floating if you've got a quiet lake somewhere. Good luck!

Do something that makes you happy. Don't worry about what anyone else thinks about it and just do it.

Now that my knee is finally better, I'm thinking of taking up daily walks again, which might help. I've also gone back to poetry, a little.

Thank you!

Fake it 'til you make it.

Do the things you want to be motivated for, even if you don't feel it. Get the good feedback/responses/productivity and that'll jump-start the motivation cycle.

I think I may have found a roundabout way to return to the project and I'm actually feeling a bit hopeful for it. Which, considering I've felt absolutely nothing but dread every time I've looked at the thing for half a month, is awesome in and of itself.
